Delivery policy

When a student has enrolled online, they are contacted by phone to confirm their enrolment. If they have not made a payment they will be asked to pay a minimum deposit on the course. Once a payment has been made, students are mailed a receipt, and access to their online course resources.

Once students receive their online resource access, they are able to start the course. This process takes less than 48 hours.

When a student has successfully completed their course, they will receive their qualification by mail.

This Certificate will only be issued once all outstanding amounts are paid.
