A set of skills in aquatic technical operations.
The Companion Volume Implementation Guide available for download at www.serviceskills.com.au/resources details aquatic registration schemes aligned to these skills.
The theory component is delivered over two days onsite, students then have 6 months to complete the course assessment tasks in their own time. Students have access to our online resources.
Nominal hours of study: 115 hours including two-days face to face (8 Hours each day). Minimum 5 hours per week recommended.
Clients’ site (public Aquatic Centre’s) and online learning via Moodle.

A non-refundable Administration Fee of $150 is included in the deposit and is not additional to the payment plan below.
Participants must be working at a public Aquatic Centre to meet the assessments requirement
Students will be required to complete written assessment tasks and provide evidence of practical tasks at their workplace.
Complete a workplace project which involves developing and implementing a daily maintenance schedule.
All course resources and handouts are provided in a folder during the face to face course.

Reading and writing – a learner will be able to read, comprehend and write a range of texts within a variety of contexts.
Oral communication – a learner will be able to use and respond to spoken language including some unfamiliar material within a variety of contexts.
Numeracy and mathematics – a learner will be able to recognise and use a variety of conventions and symbolism of formal mathematics.
Being able to access the Moodle online and upload documents during the time of the study.
